Fred F. Gatty is a human potential thought leader with a passion for helping people and organizations challenge paradigms and mindsets that hold them back.

Fred holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Richmond, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from George Washington University, and currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University.

In addition to his academic achievements, Fred is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a John C. Maxwell certified Speaker and Coach. He is also the author of the book, Believe, Dare, Become.
